Erin first came to yoga for the physical benefits of asana but quickly found that the practice was changing her in ways far beyond just the physical body. The sense of awareness and peace she found through yoga began to permeate through her entire life.

Erin’s teaching style reflects how her own personal practice has evolved. Using both active and passive postures, she creates a space for her students to engage in a mindfulness-based practice, to allow time and space for breath and full expression, and to cultivate awareness in the present moment.
